Is there anyway I can allocate some of my RAM to aid it? Like I said, it only needs a small boost.
I've seen there are mods for all of the other Intel GMA's but for some reason the 4500MHD is a problem child. I mean, why give it something it can't use? Now, if the computer tells me there's 1695 MB available GRAPHICS memory, there must be a way to use at least more than 64 MB of it right? Seems an awful waste. The option to change the used video memory is not an option in the BIOS at all. I am not sure how much of the available graphics memory is actually being used (and i'm only looking for a good +10 fps boost) I've been playing Bioshock 2 on it and the FPS, though not desirable, is at least playable (13-26 FPS). This computer runs games surprisingly well.
